JEAN BACH (Filmmaker, writer, producer) Bach co-produced the 1994 Oscar nominated documentary, “A Great Day in Harlem”, based on the iconic 1958 Art Kane photograph of some 58 jazz masters, assembled on a summer day in Harlem. Narrated by Quincy Jones, many of the subjects - who include Thelonius Monk, Dizzy Gillespie, Lester Young and Count Basie were Bach’s personal friends. Bach was producer for “The Arlene Francis Show” on radio in New York for 25 years.
